Q: Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally through DHL, with some limitations.
- At this time, shipping availability depends on the product size rather than the destination country.
- Currently, we are able to ship smaller-sized items only.
- For larger items, we are working on establishing local shipping and fulfillment options in regions with stable demand.

We will continue to expand shipping availability as our logistics network grows.

Q: Where do you ship the products from?

All products are shipped from South Korea.

Q: How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each item.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

However, due to the nature of international shipping and handcrafted wooden products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

- Returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition.
- Natural characteristics of solid wood—including minor scratches, knots, grain variation, or small pressure marks—are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If a return is approved, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team before sending any item back.
